The new WordPress.com: uploading and inserting images

I’ve done a guest post on uploading and inserting images with the new WordPress.com over at Timethief’s one cool site: wordpress blogging tips. It does not address the flash and http errors, but discusses how to upload and insert images into posts and pages for those that are not getting errors.
